Tick tock...

There have been two competing narratives about the Vols running throughout the offseason. One says 2022 was a fluke, we struck gold, it was all Hooker and Hyatt, we'll return to mediocrity in 2023. The other says Josh Heupel has it rolling now, he is an offensive genius and talented leader, Joe Milton and the defense have grown significantly under the coaching staff's tutelage, and the Vols are just getting started.

The Florida, Kentucky, Bama and UGa fans desperately want the former to be true. But you and I know, we know it's the latter.

We start seeing proof in 95 or so hours.

Go Vols!

I'm going with the latter. Plus we got a lot of seniors and depth.

Miracle SEC championship + shot at NC is possible.

I believe it’s the latter but I don’t think we start seeing proof till fl. I’m excited football season is here I’ve got a little bit of a fix with high school but it’s almost time

Keep getting the right kids and the right culture in the locker room and the ride will continue. We got the right leadership.

It'll hit me when I pop my butt on the seat in the nosebleed section of "not Neyland stadium but in Tennessee somewhere". Like everyone else, I hope Milton plays like he did in the orange bowl and limit those long passes to the long routes.
Go Vols.

I think people know it’s the latter, they just don’t want to accept it. Proof has been put on the field. It wasn’t all Hooker and Hyatt in 2021 and plenty of others contributed last year. I think that Milton will be just fine this year too as long as he stays healthy.

Just go out and handle business

Hmmm, Joe has HH by 2" and 14 lbs. He seems sturdier to me than HH - or is that just an optical illusion? 6' 5" and 236lbs is about as big as a QB gets, even 4lbs heavier than Will Levis. Reckon he could catch a cold though....

Or like Vinnie Testaverde, he could take a ride on a moped 😂
