Let’s show our Vols some love

The 2022 Volunteers are a great team that scored more than 30 points for the 8 consecutive games they won.
Most likely they’ll score more than 30 points vs Missouri, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt.
Most likely they’ll win 10 games or 11 games in the regular season.

It’s a great year to be a Volunteers football fan because the Volunteers have returned to being a great team that can realistically remain in the top 25, and realistically they can compete to get in the 4 teams College Football Playoffs.

Also they still have a chance to make the 4 teams College Football Playoffs even though most likely they won’t be playing in the SEC championship game.

The Volunteers did steamroll a very likely great LSU Tigers in Tiger Stadium because the Tigers defeated the Crimson Tide 32-31 in overtime by scoring a 2 point conversion.

We were beaten by a better team. We have played our a**es off this year and WAAAAY surpassed expectations. Let’s keep our heads on straight and stay positive as fans. We should be absolutely elated with the total body of work this year and our overall trajectory.
They were the better team yesterday but I think our offense folded up before the game even started. When we settled for a field goal on that first stop, that was when I knew we were gonna be in for a long one. That punt and pinning us back is what really changed the momentum and trajectory. We needed to land a couple of stunning blows, instead UGA got the lucky breaks, and got all the momentum.

And don't forget that after just 6 games, we were bowl eligible! :)

Love this team! It is what we needed so bad! To be relevant again in college football! We finally ran into a team who had the talent and ability to play the perfect defense against us. Not sure how many more teams are out there that can do the same! GO BIG ORANGE!

The Volunteers have returned to being a great team that realistically can win the SEC East.

Also I’m still optimistic the Volunteers can get in the 4 Teams Playoffs since other teams losing isn’t unrealistic.

The Volunteers winnings their final 3 regular season games is achievable.

Just because of one loss my I'm not changing how I feel this "Special Team". I've been a fan for 50 years and one loss is not going to change that either. We are relevant again in college football thanks to CJH, his staff and this 2022 team! Thank You all making this happen when many of us wondered if we ever be again.

I highly agree because the Volunteers have returned to being a relevant great team.

Most likely the Volunteers offense is going to remain a top rated scoring offense because Vanderbilt, Missouri, and South Carolina don’t have great defenses that can realistically pressure Hooker 20 times or more.

The Volunteers realistically can remain a top 25 team.

We've had 1 team in the last 60-70 years finish the season undefeated. I don't think everyone only loves the 1998 team. Some people's favorite team is the 1997 one, or the 2001 team, and they both had losses. I would imagine that yesterday won't have much affect on how highly thought of this team is.

This year's Vols are special in a way that no other team in the last 40 years are. They have been rebuilt from the program's absolute low point into a likely 11-1 team. The other great teams had years of success leading up to their season. The 1995-2001 teams were preceded by teams loaded with NFL talent and a Heisman finalist. This team had none of that to fall back on.

I’m amazed the 2022 Volunteers have a terrific high scoring offense because that wasn’t foreseeable in the 2nd year of the Heupel era.

The 2022 Volunteers have the amazing feat of scoring 52 points to defeat the Crimson Tide coached by the great Nick Saban.
