As a Ranger fan, angry as i am for Renney not letting Avery play against Sid the Bltch, i have assumed we will lose the series against the NHL favorites.

So I'm pulling likea mofo for Captain Koivu and the Habs to make a run to do the Original Six proud.

I realize that most VN folks only have a passing interest in the NHL, and don't understand Pittsburghs Captain's penchant for whining deserving a snapped femur, dont hop the Crosby wagon yet.

Woohoo. Unfortunately the habs seems to enjoy going down 0-2, coming back with some powerplay goals, then blowing it in the end. Seriously, its eerie how all of our games have been the same. Price has pretty much lost it this series (though I understand he is still just a rookie and its amazing what hes done so far) and Halak isn't doing much better to be honest. Flyers just have too much offense and we only seem to get our confidence when we're on a powerplay.

I think the Habs have the better offensive talent but the Flyers D has done a decent job shutting down the "K's" and of course Biron has been incredible.

Well, if we're are speaking of offensive talent than yes I would say the Habs are winning that battle. Unfortunately our talent hasn't showed up except on powerplays. Some of that is probably Biron. Incredible only begins to descibe how great he has been.

Yep,Biron has really stepped up his game along with other Flyer players like Umburger. He had been demoted to the fourth line when the playoffs started, now he is one of the heroes to this point.

Umberger and freaking Briere have both killed us this series. Upshall has been good too.

Yeah,Upshall and the other ex Preds have been a big help. Hartnell with his grit and Timonen really got the Flyers through the Caps series as he played against Ovechkin.

Habs were my playoff team post-predators until they had a riot. They disgraced the NHL and therefore I'm now rooting for whoever they play against and also the Pens.

I would hate it for you all if I didn't call your attention to what Johan Franzen has been doing to net minders since March. The guy is absolutely unconscious right. I knew the guy was a monster, but talk about a coming out party.

Habs are really laying an egg, not that my Rangers aren't doing the same. If nothing else, if the Blueshirts can win Sunday, they will have another game to soften up Pittsburghs floppers for whomever comes next.

I figure the Rangers took enough out of Buffalo last year to allow Ottawa to win the east, hope they can do the same for Philly or Montreal.

Flyers or bust for me, but if I had to put them in order of who I want to win.
1.Flyers
2.Stars
3.Wings
4.Pens
Wings and Pens are the two teams I dislike the most in the NHL.

Why the hate? I hope they win, but if they don't I'm praying the Red Wings don't win.

Never been real big on the Flyers but I was rooting for Montreal in the playoffs so I'm pretty angry with the flyers right now. Never had a problem with the Red Wings and I don't hate Crosby like every else seems to.
