Preds are sure making Detroit work for it, i'll give them lots of credit, gotta love the "Anything can happen" style of the Cup playoffs

Thank god Osgood is going to be in net now. I like our chances because I don't think Nashville can beat us at home.

I take it your a wing fan. The momentum has shifted in this series. Your age, while a benefit in experience, is starting to catch up with Detroit. I do believe this will go to the wire and a game seven. No matter which team you like here I really like the physical nature of this match up.

Has Babcock already named him the starter for game 5?
I figured they would stick with Hasek.
It will be tough for the Preds to steal one in Detroit but here's hoping they can.

Detroit is always tough at home but in watching these past four games Detroit seems to have worn down a step or two. I would think that being home might help with that but I still like the energy our young guys bring. I think we can steal this next game and put Detroit's backs against the wall. We have to wait and see but it will be fun to watch whatever happens.

Agreed.
I'm also enjoying the Flyers/Caps series. Game 3 was awesome.I really like what Holmgren has done with the Flyers and the physical style hockey they play.
Of course Hartnell ,Timonen, and Upshall are all starting over there.

There's plenty of youth on the Wings roster. Just because Hasek is God's age doesn't mean they all are.

I'd be shocked if Babs doesn't start Ozzy from here on out. Hasek let a few shots from behind the circles go in that quite frankly should not have gone in.

They are considered a very veteran team though. There are only maybe 5 Wing players last night that aren't over or at least pushing 30 years old.

True about any club. The difference here is that the wings depend on these veterans for their scoring. Chelios is really starting to show his age out there.

Chelios isn't somebody they lean on for scoring. Lids is the best deffenseman in the league, although some could argue Pronger. Daper and Maltby are still solid but get labeled as old. Franzen, Hank, Pavel and Holmstrom are the guys we lean on for goals.

Doozer, only a moron would argue Pronger vs Lidstrom, Nick is a team leader and a great point man, Pronger is a thug (and a great blueliner) who carried Edmonton to the finals only to reap personal gain from it. Nick will go down as one of the greatest blueliners in history, if he isnt already regarded as such.

After jawing at the surrounding Predator fans during the game on Wednesday night, these two Wing fans got a nice little earful on their way to the exits.

Note: I was sitting a couple of rows to the right where this originally transpired. This guy (Preds fan) was seriously a deranged lunatic.

Hockey fans tend to be a bit off kilter. I have seen this guy getting on other fans before, and I think it is absolutely hilarious.

I'm liking the path for my Rangers, homer as i am, they played well against Pittsburgh and Montreal during the season, and have been playing great hockey as of late.

Well the end is near for the Preds, but by God if you would of told they'd make it to the playoffs, and even put up a fight with the Wings in November or December I woulda had you committed
