What better way to make your way back into the running back rotation then answering with 3 rushing tds.

sorry LIO glad to have him back, but not sure if he's the best running back on the team right now.

I didn't say anything about the best. His performance TONIGHT is what I'm applauding.

yeah. it looked like hardesty's position there after the cal game but he has squandered his chance for the time being. coker was awesome tonight. good kick returns, a couple of nice runs and several good runs for tough yards...also a few nice receptions. a real solid game for the RBs tonight which all started with the offensive line's efforts against one of the best D-lines in the country.

Arian had some good runs tonight getting first downs and TD's. I'm glad to see him back.

Foster brings a dimension to the offense that the other backs don't have, which is the short yardage at the goal line. Not only is he a bigger back, he has a nose for the goal line. However, I think they are all valuable to the team.

Having Arian back on the field is HUGE advantage for the Volunteer offense!!!!!!!!!!! :clapping:

Coker/Foster played great. Did Anderson or Holbert play in the backfield tonight? I thought Brown and Cottam did a good job.

I do agree about the 1...2...punch! And I do think Coker is a little more explosive! They both have different styles and that may confuse some defenses! Way to go Arian and Lemarcus!:dance2:

Arian may have been player of the game for us. He had some huge runs. Made good decisions on the goal line. Him and Coker are a great duo and Hardesty is gonna be weeded out. Great great job Arian.

yeah, i really like having arian back. i dunno what it is about his running style, he doesn't appear to be that shifty, but he always finds a way to slip tackles and pick up yards. he's a great combo with coker.

Both backs played good. I think the way the O-line handled Georgia was the key though. It was nice to see those 10 - 12 yard runs at the end of the game. That is Tennessee football. They know we are running and you still can't stop us.

i admit, i was concerned about him coming in to this game, but he ran hard, picked up some valuable1st downs, and the rushing TD's were great....great job AF. Glad i was wrong.
