It truly is very sad. I hate to admit it but I’ve come across a few highly elected officials in the state of GA that fit into this category. It is utterly mind boggling, but as you stated, it does explain a good bit. It is however a bit embarrassing to be represented by such people.

One of the highest IQ people ive ever known, likely had a true photo memory - was as Country as the day is/was long. Double negatives, ain't's, y'alls, yonders. Fortunately his spoken word had 0 impact on his studies, and became a Surgeon afterward.
