I don't know the particulars of this case but Holder better hope he's right and the prosecutors have enough to convict him without this witness. Holder and the DOJ need a positive to hang their hat on right now in wake of the scandal the BPP story has become for them.

what is disturbing about this debacle is that Holder bragged that he'll found guilty and there is no way he'll be found innocent. I'm sure the defense will use his words against him to force a mistrial.

I would not be suprised if this walks.

A ruling that illegally obtained evidence cannot be used at a trial is upsetting to you?

The BP scandal is nothing compared to the Voting Rights case that started over the Philly new panther incident.

If the media were anywhere close to the unbiased, objective outlets they claim to be, that would be the hottest topic in the country.

If the guy walks then that is a feather in Holder's cap to the leftists over the enhanced interrorgation issue, the leftist base of the democrat party is still steamed because Holder hasn't brought charges against Bush.

This is not your father's country, it isn't even the country in which I grew up.

If Holder holds true to form he will obtain a presidential pardon for all convicted moslem terrorists on Obama's last day in office, just as he did for the communist terrorists when Clinton left office.

The man is a wolf in sheep's clothing and should never ever have been the Attorney General of the Untited States, that's a travesty of justice at face value.

He should be tried before a military tribunal and not in a civilian court in the USA. That is just stupid!!!

I'm wondering if you could make a compelling case for extending Constitutional rights to foreign enemy combatants captured on the battlefield. Because I've not seen anyone on your side do that yet.

The judge said it doesn't make any difference if the creep is found guilty or not, the US has the authority to hold him indeffinately as an enemy combatant anyway.

Then why stage the trial??

Not sure why he wouldn't allow the guy who sold him the TNT to tesitfy, he was doing so voluntarily.
