Has everyone ever gotten all their likes returned, rescued or found?

I know freak said he was going to take care of it during the lull after Football season. I was just wondering If everyone else had gotten them all back. It just seems like some never lost any, other eventually have gotten them back and yet others perhaps the silent majority ( yes even here) just aren't saying...

I do remember I had about 25K and lost about half to 15K after the update.
