They'd better start on time. Don't screw around with Tony V. Just hope it turns out as nicely as the renderings I've seen. Saw a few but I don't think I can recall seeing one that was confirmed as the "final" plan. If memory serves...and it's likely wrong...I think discussions were still ongoing. Might still be the case.
