The 7.5 to 7 line doesn't mean much, just matching up the money on each side.

If Bryce Young was officially out the line would drop significantly or the game would come off the board.

It was 7.5 yesterday until the news about Tillman came out. Then it dropped to 7.0.

Were they worried about a partially healthy Tillman? Did someone come in and bet heavily on Tennessee?

Would expect it to move 1 or 2 times more by Sat. As General Jack said, its all related to the betting and LV trying to level it up. They want it as close to even on both sides as they can get. They want to maximize $, they could care less who wins.

87% of money has come in on Tennessee and the line dropped accordingly. Vegas wants money to be more equitable. Nothing more than that.
