We're 1 and 1/2 point favorites for today. Wish we were underdogs again. Hope that the team is focused and ready to play. It has been a VERY fun year to be a Vol fan and I don't want it to stop. GO VOLS- beat MSU!!

At this stage the underdog role is a great motivator, but it really all comes down to execution.

We should be more concerned about being focused on this game. It's always good to have motivation, it is definitely needed, but we need to be more focused on the task at hand, and that's playing Tennessee basketball for 40 minutes.

If everyone contributes like they did towards the end of the game against OSU, then there is no reason we're not on our way to Indy.

"The nobody thought we could get here, and nobody thought we could make the final four. Let's go out and prove them wrong," speech will work just as well as being an underdog in this game.

And the line has now moved to UT at -2 in some places. A lot of the money is being put on UT as of now.

We're actually favorites? I thought we were underdogs as recently as yesterday. Maybe I read the lines wrong.

Right now being the under dog doesn't matter....Izzo will have Mich. St. ready but we just have to come out and play like we're capable of playing and we'll be dancing to Indianapolis.....

I do not want this to end today.....GO VOLS!!

We were technically favored against SDSU and Ohio by Vegas and faired okay, I think. Underdog is a mindset not a number when it comes to motivating play. I think Bruce will be reminding the guys that we are the lower seed and don't have the resume of Mich St - should be enough to build the mindset if it can be built at this point.
