IMG comes to Nashville to play at Lipscomb on Friday, August 18 @ 7PM. Thinking about going to watch the 2 Lipscomb and 1 IMG, UT commitments play. Does anyone know if there are other prospects on either roster the Vols are recruiting for future classes?

Vol fans in Nashville, show up in your orange to support the future Vols playing in that game, two nationally ranked teams. Should be a great one.

Lipscomb has taken their program to a whole next level. Hopefully both Lipscomb and IMG are two pipelines that Heupel can lock down.

I think they're recruitng about 20 players from both schools combined

Deuce Knight, a QB transfer from Mississippi I think is an incoming Junior to Lipscomb. Has offers from everybody and is already 6'4" roughly 200 lbs and can sling the football. He will have two highschool seasons to play, so he is one to watch (class of 2025). Hopefully the Lipscomb UT commits can stay in his ear.

Locally speaking yes. Playing IMG is a big deal in general and a star studded field on both sides for Nashvillians to catch a good game and support future Vols
I know.....but BA come close to the same quality as IMG.........

Trent Dilfer is gone. Got his ticket to college which is what he wanted. Not sure that Lipscomb will be “recruiting” the same way.

It was 90 Degrees at 8:00 here today. That's too damn hot to play football.. Dangerous.

It was actually very pleasant last night, I live in Nashville and hate hot weather. It was in the upper 80s, but most importantly, low humidity. We've had a very pleasant summer in Nashville this year, opposed to other summers. No droughts, lots of good rain, my yard is super green and thick. I usually don't cut grass in most of July and August, because it's so hot and dry. This year is different, going to be a great year for football weather with lower humidity.

Kevin Mawae is now head coach, former Titan. He has coached at pro and college level. Don't know if he's a good hire to replace Dilfer, but the hire shows Lipscombs long term commitment to high level football. Recruiting and high school player transfers have changed everything. Vols really need to be watching the transfer in Lipscomb QB.

My friends in South Pittsburg are singing a different tune, but I'll be there next week to see for myself. Nashville, TN Weather Forecast | AccuWeather Daily Current Weather 5:25 PM 89° F RealFeel® 99° RealFeel Shade™ 96° Air Quality Fair Wind NNW 3 mph Wind Gusts 6 mph . I see your current temp is 71, with the high of 91. We (S.AL) haven't seen 70 in 2 months, except during a thunderstorm; and nightly lows are barely to the 80's. It's an oven at 10pm.

The humidity is the kicker here in Tennessee. If the humidity is high it feels like Louisiana, if its low it feels like Denver.
