It's good to be back in one of basketball's true cathedrals. A pleasant suprise, the Drexel dance team is composed of some big time talent.

Drexel and Saint Joe's tip off in about an hour and a half. There's a women's game going on now. I'm safely tucked away in the media room. Drexel's decent. They still have Frank Elegar and they've added a couple of good young guards. This should be a good one.

how far do you have to get from a womens game not to be considered 'in attendance'?

I'm wondering the same thing myself. When I stopped to watch the Drexel Dance Team perform, I then sprinted out of the seating area before play resumed.

quarter mile radius at the very minimum. don't mess around there and pump up the numbers at that game so people on here can tell me about how the womens' game is the third highest grossing NCAA sport.

Just left the media room, after waiting a reasonable amount of time. That way, nobody can accuse me of having attended the American-Drexel women's game. One of the media members who actually watched it called it "an affront to the game."

From how it was described to me, I don't think the word "jump" should be used in any description of that women's game. As best I can ascertain, most of the game was the ball rolling around on the floor with people diving futiley at it.

Bet they don't have any lunch spots in Philly that can rival the Young Ave Deli...
