Locust Street Garage

Does anyone know what the tailgate scene is at Locust Street Garage? Is it first come, first served or is it an established hierarchy similar to the lots closer to Neyland? We are a family of 4 and can bring food, drink, and cornhole boards. I don’t want to infringe on anyone’s tradition but I’m also sick of hanging out on campus for hours before the game. Thanks and Go Vols.

There’s usually some minor tailgating going on at the top level, but nothing too serious. I’ve been parking there for several years. You shouldn’t have any issue with displacing someone.
