Lofton the next JJ Reddick????

Redick is sick... be great if Lofton can have a Senior season like Redick is. Hopefully Lofton will have a dominant big man to feed off of by then.

I think that's the key. If Lofton will stay through his senior season, he'll have some more players around him to take the defensive pressure off. Let's just hope he stays.

JJ has an All American center to take some pressure off of him...Lofton is a great shooter like him though. Difference is Lofton will have a pro career...while this will be JJ's claim to fame.

Do you really think jj wont become a great nba player? No one can shoot the three like him. sure their is more athletic players in the nba, but name someone that has prefected their shot like jj?

Have you seen all the Dook flops in the NBA? Yeah he's a great shooter, but do you think he'll get those lil ticky tack fouls when he drives the lane in the NBA?? Think he'll get those favorable calls as a rookie??

sure it does...the driving adds another dimension to his game...did you see him his Frosh yr?? All he did was stand out there and shoot 3's..then he learned to roll off the screens more effectively...head fake..and finally drive and draw fouls..kid is a complete college player now.

Exactly, I see no reason why he can't continue to develop that way in the NBA.

He'd already be one of the three or four best shooters in the NBA if he was there right now.

Doesn't always work that way...ask Julius Hodge...ex NCSU,All American, and ACC player of the yr who just got demoted to the NBADL...kid had an all around game as well.

I hate Dook, but I have to give it to JJ. He was once a pure shooter, but he has now added driving to his game.

Will he be great in the NBA? Probably not, because of the type of game NBA teams play. For that matter, I'm not sure how good Lofton would be in the NBA, either.

But who cares about that right now?

yeah maybe I'm a lil biased against him..but he'll get POY over Morrison..even though Morrison is the better player and will be a better NBA player for sure.

Dont worry about it bro..I get that on alot of boards that dont agree with me..no biggie. When they can't debate the facts they have to personal attack the first thing and they know they've lost then...would my opinion on this subect me more valid if I had went to both UNC and UF?? Certainly wouldn't make me a bigger fan either way...and if I did go to a community college wouldn't it make them look even worse to get out debated since they have a 4 yr degree? :lol:
