He did this whole thing with the hats. He held up Florida first and then said that's not where he's going. We were next, he said no. Then Maryland and then Penn State.

After that, he held up a picture of him with a corpse, er, I mean JoePa and said that he's choosing Penn State.

I hate when kids do that. Remember when Joey Matthews did that with the Auburn hat?

also, Warren will announce his choice next Monday on the HoundDogs Locker Room television show in Knoxville. How can you turn away tennessee on that show???

It messed with my head. He just held up the Florida hat and didn't say anything. I thought it was Florida. Suddenly, Penn State didn't seem so bad.

I hope you're right 2345, but I've got a strong suspicion that he'll stick with the 'noles. All his recent comments speak of his official visit this weekend to Knoxville as honoring a promise to visit, and not much more than that. I think his family was concerned about him going to Tallahassee, but supposedly their recent trip to Florida State may have calmed those fears.

I hope the family pressure to stay home, coupled with his friendship with Dustin Lindsey and the HoundDogs venue will prove too much to overcome. We can't keep losing our state's number one prospect to other schools.

It seems Ramone should be coming our way soon with a commitment, but what's the latest on Brandon Heath and Tim Hawthorne? Do we have a good shot at these guys? They might push our class into the top 15 or so after all.

I think we can pull Heath.

Warren is a toss up and so is Ramone Johnson now. Apparently he really likes Zook. Fulmer and Adkins are trying to pull him in as we speak.

Who in their right mind would want to go play for Illinois? Not much upside there..

He's from Chicago and has a teammate committed there. Zook is a good recruiter, it's the home state school, and his buddy will be there...........that's why they're stiff competition for Johnson. ....Uh maybe I should edit that last part. :birgits_giggle:
