Longest, best day ever.

So today i was over at my families house who are all bama fans. I know, miserable right? Well all day long i took crap for being a vols fan, bama being so good, how they cant wait to win another national championship, etc.. I decided to stay over and watch the game with them. The sad thing is, is everything they said was completely garbage and i would always back myself up with proven stats and i was always wrong and dumb apparently. The sad thing was is that i knew theyre team way better then they did,because half of them are bandwagon fans. They even went as far as calling phillip simms, Mccarron for half the game until i corrected them and called Henry shaun alexander. Literally i knew theyre team so much better and thats sad. They said that the playoff system was a joke and when they were up 2 touchdowns that they should go ahead and take the title home, They said they had no opponent today. I repeatadly told them not to underestimate a meyer coached team because he is a pretty solid coach. Whooaaahh that started a debate. They went on praising how saban is the best thing to walk this earth and that he has won more national championships then any sec team has in theyre history. Whatever. Anyway when ohio state started coming back they got awful quiet. I started getting a little louder and cheering. They were like "shut up, your so annoying" i was like are you kidding me? Yall are literally the most annoying fanbase in the country? Yall dont even know yalls own players. They got even madder. When ohio state got up 14 they declared that ohio state was paying refs, cheating, etc. I just kept jumping up and down with tears of joy. When bama scored the last touchdown to make them down by 7 they were like we got this game now. Cheating is done and saban is going to have another national championship under his belt. I said good luck with that. When that clock hit zero, The remote was thrown and they told me to leave hahahaha. I said roll tears roll and got the heck out of there. Just a little story on how annoying alabama fans are and how my day was very long but turned out super good! GO VOLS!!!

Except for the SEC trying to get into the playoffs in the future. The idea that the SEC is the best is out the window and the window for two SEC teams to make the playoffs is gone. I would take an undefeated MAC team over a 1 loss SEC team at this point. The MAC gave the Big 10 hell this year and the Big 10 ran us over like we're garbage.

I said at the beginning of the year that it was going to be a major down year for the sec, Bama lost a ton of people, LSU and a&m lost a bunch, Georgia is always overrated, I knew it was going to be a down year.

Which is also why you're not a committee member (nor are any other average fans). One bowl season isn't going to ruin the conference's reputation for future selections, especially if the team picked for the playoffs


I can promise you that if UT were to go 13-0 next season, the committee isn't going to say "Sorry, they're not good enough because last year a 1-loss Alabama lost to a 1-loss Ohio State and Auburn lost in overtime to Wisconsin."


All that disappeared today were some bragging rights...some that, honestly, as a 6-6 team, we should have never been trying to actively employ in the first place.

Bull. Big 10 hasn't run "us" over yet. There is no us. We are Tennessee, not bama, or auburn, or whoever. We might lose to Iowa, but not the big 10.

Bama fans- where they will spend there welfare check on sabans house instead of a much needed dentist appointment
