She has enough cash to buy a new wardrobe. But she can whistle with two fingers, problem is the team says she play's the same old song.

Holly is very good at standing with her hands on her hips, after yet another stupid decision or turnover by one of our players, and she apparently whistles quite well. Everything else about her coaching is a disaster.

She can whistle with two fingers, scratch her head during a press conference several times, wipe her nose several times, stomp her feet on the court, cross her arms, pat a player on the behind, and keep saying we're gonna get it done. Now if she could just "coach" that well. Fire her NOW!

We need someone from a tire place..............

the wheels have fallen off.

I don't know the answer, but our current staff, team, etc. isn't it.

"Bless their hearts".

I'm not smart enough to know how to fix it..............

I didn't see a buyout unless I'm over looking it

Lady Vols coach Holly Warlick now earning $665,000

That is an amendment to the original contract only dealing with her new pay and increasing the contract length to 2019.

The original contract states:

b.) If the University terminates Coach Warlick's employment without cause, Coach Warlick will receive the remaining annual salary on her contract minus mitigation from new employment.

We have such a difficult time after halftime and we just lack intensity. I will never understand the subbing. I am sure she has a plan, but as a former high school coach I just do not understand her plan. I have to say that we were a much better team with Massengale, Izzy and Burdick. Since they are no longer on the team we just lack that fire we need to be at th top of our game. We have continue to have the same issues, losing our scoring touch at the wrong time, turnovers, missed too many lay ups, making poor shooting decisions and no floor leadership. Those things just have to be corrected, we are now in danger of breaking our record of 561 days in the top 25. The ladies did a better job with 3 minutes to go but with our talent it should never have gotten to that point.

I undervalued just how important Burdick was....I am clearly seeing now just how much players have saved this program since about 2010....:ermm:

Thank you for that clarification :hi:....so she can be fired for less than 4 million

Yeah, if she were fired today it would be about 2.66 Million plus the rest of this season and that's assuming she just retires, doesn't take another coaching/commentator job...less if she does.

That's exactly what she does time after time.

Teacherdean...it is all about adjustments at halftime...we have no clue how to make them...look at past games...we are totally outcoached!

I had to look twice to see that this wasn't my post. I could not have said it any better. I see no more of that meeting them on the court with a butt chewing after a timeout for no effort, but a friendly little pat as they exit the floor. The players take on the personality of the coach, and you can see this is what has happened.
