LSU jinxed? They win the SEC in b-all, but Fla. wins the NCAA tourney. They have the best team in the SEC in football; gators struggle all year to win, but peak at the right time again and win the national championship.

I think some people just start threads on these boards for nothing more than to make themselves feel important or smart because they can start a subject and have people respond......

let's see......how about the fact that even as we land a stellar recruiting class we are still only keeping pace with LSU & UF and neither of those teams wiffed last year

you're right, I did start this, not to start a fight (well, maybe a little), but out of frustration. Not just with the present coaching staff, but with everything in general. When are we going to catch a break, great class-maybe best ever and guess what? 3rd in the SEC. Comeback of the year and guess what? UF wins the national championship.

fair enough, but this class is a positive thing.....it still is yet to be seen what comes of it. and it's not like other sec schools are lagging behind.....

USC, FL, LSU, UGA etc, etc, etc......all have great classes to add to their current roster, which don't suck either.

the only think i know for sure, in the next few years talent won't be the reason we won't win an SEC title. the talent level in the SEC across the board is probably about as even as it has ever been. combine that with the coaching that is now in the SEC, it will be tough, not only for us, but for everyone to win consistently.
