This is not a lecture thread. It is not an assertion of how to be a true fan, the best fan or any other fan metric. It is just a friendly heartfelt reminder to truly enjoy the ride.

No one would ever have imagined we would be where we are right now. It's hard sometimes not to get too excited and start looking ahead, but I have had to pinch myself and remember to slow down and soak it in.

For the first time in my life my two teenage kids are beaming and proud to be vols fans. Not cause they were born into it, but because they genuinely believe. This is also one of the only times I can truly read a post about play off hopes and not roll my eyes at the poster. Instead, I can close my eyes and imagine it too.

Enjoy every second VN family, cause this one was a long time coming and it was good riding with you through thick and thin on the the way. We have a lot left to do. We have a lot left to celebrate, but that all happens one game at a time.

SC junior just went into Kroger field and beat the kittens! SC may be the better between the two.

Kentucky was always a very important game....early in the season, KY was a game, like LSU, SC that if we can win that game, we've got a chance at 9-3/8-4ish record...it's a different sort of important now.
