Coach Cut went down there and brought Eli in. Had he stated on the Hill Eli would have probably been a Vol.
During his time there, he had 5 out of 6 winning seasons.
To go back to any 6 year stretch of any success at Ole Miss, you have to go back to 1970.
They had the most success under David than they'd had since the days of John Vought (sp). Unprecedented success and they fire him after one bad season.
They're highly unrealistic and they're a bunch of jerks for forcing Cut out the way they did.
If we can hang 50 on 'em I think Phil will do it.
I just have a hard time taking Ole Miss seriously after they got rid of Cut considering all that he did for them. I hope Phil does hang 50 on them if given the chance.
Anybody remember that big-time OL recruit out of Memphis that chose Ole Miss over UTK? Ah, Mr. Oher, poor guy. I wonder how he is enjoying playing for the second worst team in the SEC, and that is only becuse UK is horrible.
