Thinking of being a "advisor" or "mentor" to some young basketball players and I'm working on my resume. Does anyone know of any qualifications I would need besides an inflated ego, complete self-interest, fluent in BS and a desire to profit off of a young person's talent and naivety?

Create a fake recruiting service and funnel that money to handlers or chaplains of said players and they will come your way.

Yeah, you also need a willingness to break rules, and a willingness to flatter and suck up to athletes.
