It is not the black background just the decal btw.. Hope it helps.

It's really odd.. A person used to be able to find vintage vols merchandise more handily than today... Idk. If you do now its ungodly expensive..

Hmmmmm......

Looks like about 4,000 motorcycle decals (which are really cool if you're into bikes) and 6 European flag decals. Not sure why one would suggest this site in a thread looking for a Vol logo.
