Looking forward: how to stop a mobile QB.

Gotta do something that's for sure. In the past when I see a d-lineman chasing the opposing QB in the backfield I think "oh...s***" because they always seem to scramble for 15 or throw a 30yd pass right as they're running out of bounds.

Great point. That little s__ of a qb they have burned us pretty bad in 2011 running the ball.

This kid has probably been the best special teams player I've seen play for the Vols in a long time.

That is a great idea I mean JRM is a sure tackler that is brings the heat.

I like the Al Davis method for running QBs. "The QB must go down and he must go down hard" Every time he runs, hit him with everything you've got.

Hate to change subject, but is Mo Couch done for the season or is suspended for a certain amount of games? It seems when Alabama player take money they are suspended a few games and are right back at it and our guys are suspended for good.

Probably done for good. Really? When has that happened?

I am actually shocked he has not seen playtime on D. Unless I have missed it. He is a solid tackler with great speed. If Shaw is healthy in two weeks he will hurt us with his legs. He is faster than Murray. Also has a lot more called run plays for him.

Kind of funny how Al Davis and Al Wilson followed the same philosophy..
