Absolutely. The good folks in North Carolina appear to be a little smarter than when all Jesse Helms had to do was throw a couple of false adds up to fool them into sending his bigoted hayseed ass back to Washington.

unfortunately, the "intellectuals" in Mass haven't decided to quit sending Ted Kennedy's sorry, manslaughtering ass back. As an offset, they do keep sending back Barney Frank, who is the stupidest guyof any authority to be found anywhere near DC. Congrats to them.
