i can't wait to see how much taxes he raises out there. it should be interesting to see how much businesses can take.

California will continue to descend into an economy much like Venezuela's. Private businesses that can get out should get out while they can.

not sure why they're calling this for Brown, CNN has Brown ahead by 1% with only 3% of precincts reporting

Who was the guy that was recalled before the Terminator became Governor? Wasn't this guy somehow part of that mess? If so, California is far more stupid than I thought.

the truly sad part is jerry brown is the idiot who implemented a lot of these ridiculous public pensions when he was governor the first time. you know the same pensions that are bankrupting the state. of course whitman (who was a ****ty ass candidate) never pointed this out.

Whitman was truly an awful candidate, even without the scandal silliness.

Unfortunately, entrepreneurialism and business leadership have nothing to do with vote gathering. Snake oil salesmen are far better suited to the media driven popularity contest that politics has become.

Brown's victory speech was a solid train wreck. I don't think that man knows anything about anything.

No one in california truly believes that people are hiring legal housekeepers. she lost because she came off as arrogant and abrasive. even my ultra liberal in laws voted against brown because of what he did the first time around. i truly believe that virtually any other candidate would have beaten brown.

brown says he's going to take on the unions. . . i really can't beleive he actually said that. i'm not sure we've ever had a governor in the pocket of the unions more than jerry brown.
