Headed there soon...Packing as we speak. Any places of interest or dining establishment that are worth visiting?

Headed there soon...Packing as we speak. Any places of interest or dining establishment that are worth visiting?

We were at an all inclusive so only ate out twice. One was The Office down on the beach and it was ok. Definitely a tourist trap and didn’t like how much we were hassled to buy the trinkets and crap that the beach sellers were pushing while we were trying to eat. Had beers at Baja brewery and the views from the rooftop were fantastic. Wish we had eaten there instead of the office in hindsight.
Only other place we ate was Toro Latin Kitchen off of Hwy 1. It was good and fairly pricey but some family that lives down there part time took us and payed. They had live music and a nice patio to hang out in. It definitely felt a little more upscale than the average place down there.
