At least we aren't in Duke's region in that one....there are alot of brackets that are out already that have us in Duke's region....Oh well, I think we could hang with Duke, not beat but hang with them....for now anyways

Going by that bracket there are some very interesting first round matchups.

Syracuse vs Kansas
Indiana vs Maryland
Oaklahoma vs Bucknell
Iowa vs Standford
Kentucky vs Miami
Ohio State vs Arizona
UNC vs Bama


My upsets waiting to happen matchups:

Kent State over NC State
Western Kentucky over LSU
Wisc.-Milwaukee over West Virginia


The Vols clearly have the easiest path of the #2 seeds!

I'm hoping Kansas will make the tournament, they're playing well...Other than the Vols, that's my favorite team, if they meet in the tourney though, I'll be all VOL....ok, now looking at what you've got up here from them....Watched ESPN Sportscenter this morning and they're saying UK isn't even going to make the tournament this year, they're on a 3 game losing streak and got swept by Vandy for the first time in over 30 years.....They also said that Miami probably wouldn't make it either because of the rough stretch of road games they have coming up.....I believe they said they had to go to Duke, UNC, and there was one more, I'm wanting to say maybe GA Tech....either way they have 3 tough road games coming up....those are two teams right there that should be pushing the panic button

They have UT plaing the Northern Arizona Lumberjacks.

I've heard that they cut down trees, they skip and jump, they like to press wild flowers...

They put on women's clothing and hang around in bars!

Oh well, all I can say is, who would have thought that we'd even be talking about going to the tourney this time last year? Who would have thought that we were going to possibly be a #2 seed? I know I didn't

UF played the style of ball UT is playing last time they beat Dook during their NC game run in 2000...I think UT could pull it out...Dook has a big inside advantage with McRoberts and Williams though.

What I'd give to see a rematch (of the 2001, was it?) UT/UNC game in the (sweet 16?)

Of course, the Holes will be lucky to make it out of the first round this year, but I'd travel wherever necessary to watch Lofton drain 3's in the faces of Wes Miller and Bobby Frasor.

I'm so glad our guys are getting the recognition they deserve.

But, let's hope they don't get footballitis and start paying attention to these brackets more than their game.

OMG...I would probably go insane if the vols were matched up with Gonzaga and the Morrison/Raivio show...my two favorite teams...Go VOLS!!!!
