who can not be excited, Coach Jones looks like his recruiting is taking off and I believe he will have this team in shape and ready to play football next season. We may have a real coach here!!

Rounding up past players and HS coaches to attend practices is a great recruiting tool. Especially if practices are well run. Doing this and getting players like Byron Moore and commits like Wharton, Kelly and Jenkins hustling other prospects, the staff's recruiting efforts are going viral. I am beginning to believe that this is all a grand strategy rather than just happenstance.

You don't reach the $3 million level at anything without being intentional. I believe everything he does and every word out of his mouth is calculated, and that's not a jab. He knows what he is doing.

The timing is big because usually top 60 players like Hurd and Kelley don't commit this early. It's big cause they are big time time players, and they want to recruit for UT too. Hurd even said he was gonna get a list from Jones this weekend at practice. Mainly talked about Nick Glass.
