TN seems to be back to its ole ways against any decent team, scoring wise. I believe it's mainly offensive play calling, so it is on whoever is calling the plays. As for our QB, I suspect he is saving himself for the NFL. Considering how tough most SEC teams are, a most likely 8-4 record with a bowl game is not too bad. They had a chance to be much better, but they can't score enough points to give the defense a decent rest.
