I was just looking at the coming weekend’s games and was surprised that as of now, LSU is a 1.5 point favorite over Ole Miss and is favored slightly by the FPI. What do y’all think? How many of you expect LSU to actually win that game? Because I don’t see it.

I don’t think either team is that good. I think Ole Miss is overrated, but we gave them a great blueprint to go by and will be able to get by.

LSU is definitely better than they looked against us. A lot of their problems came from big mistakes. And I thought their D actually played us better than any other this season, but their offense just never got going.
I'm surprised Alabama didn't blitz more, particularly from the safety spot. LSU blew Hendon up on a safety blitz in our game - wasn't a sack but sped the play up and banged him up as well.

I think Ole Miss will get a game from LsU that most in media expected us to have vs them.

Also Ole Miss has two big road games with LSU and A&M back to back.

Ole Miss has benefited greatly so far this season as their schedule is extremely back-loaded.

Wouldn't shock me at all to see them take an Arkansas style fall from grace starting this weekend.

Every once in awhile a game is outside of what you would expect so as to allow publics sway with money placed to bring that line in. To be honest I think this might be one. So by kickoff the line may be ole miss -1.5

LSU has to get to 3rd and medium to see if Dart can win a game with his arm.

I've got the Tigers in this one. LSU will have more talent and better athletes. It's just taking Kelly a while to get his team settled in.
