Oregon has a good shot at winning. Neither outcome benefits the vols.

oregon doesn't travel all that well though. see the NC game. bet LSU fans will be 2-1.

If this game were at the end of the season, it may be a different story, but LSU wins big.

LSU's offense isn't good enough to blow the Ducks out. I'm thinking a low-scoring game, somewhere along the lines of 17-10 or 20-13.

Me too. I'm expecting a game neither conference is proud of. I question how well OR will get ready for this season following the NC loss.

I think Chief will have the defense playing well as it is supposed to vs offense in early season. LSU wins this one. SEC wins, Ducks waddle home.

Not sure if LSU is over rated but they will have a preseason rank of 1 or 2. If they hold that until be beat that corndog a$$ then it will really help the Vols. We owe them!!! GBO!!!

I think Oregon ...if they still have the same QB & RB stable as last year they will make Chavis & Les look silly. Rooting for LSU though

Don't know how much they'll be able to do against LSU's D-Line, though. Breaking in 3 new starters on the offensive line, including our center.

This will be an entertaining game and i cannot wait to watch it, but the stadium is gonna be rocking and I will predict that LSU will scratch out enough points to win.

I really think it comes down to whether or not LSU's D gets gassed playing Oregon's offense the 1st game of the year.

Hopefully LSU's offense with the new OC can put up some points but I am not holding my breath with Jefferson in there.
