Well, we're handling him with ease today. I had a feeling that we would come out on fire in this tournament and start blowing fools away. Even our back-to-back championship teams had late season swoons, but always kicked it into gear when the tournaments started.

I'm a little bummed out that the Vols aren't talking about our strong performance today against LSU. A lot of pundits were thinking we could be on upset alert and I guarantee you there would be a game thread if we were losing.

That's one thing I'll give the Kentucky fans - they'll talk about us on Rupp Rafters whether we are winning by 20 or being upset. It'd be nice if the Vols would show us a little more appreciation.

That's because UK desperately wants you to care enough about basketball to be (more of) a main rivalry.

From the best I can tell though, most UF fans just don't care about UK basketball that much, no matter how much some of the fans of the latter hope and wish.




Also UT had a game right after yours; the fanbase's focus - as is often the case - was more on what was getting ready to come up / what was currently going on with their team of fandom.
