Does anyone know if he accepted the job at ND? He drives Penn State crazy by stealing the best recruits from Western Penn. I believe he was the one that recruited both of OSUs 5* commits and they were from the same highschool.

No, and I don't believe that he will.

You know that Luke is a quality man....he's able to get along with Weis and Tenuta. That takes a lot more than you can imagine.

He's in his 30s now and Tressel is in his late 50s. It might take 10 years or more, but I'd believe Fickell is the ideal choice to succeed Tressel. He's a Columbus native who is able to get pretty much any quality player from a Catholic school that he wants (a good deal of talent that comes from Ohio comes from Catholic schools), being an alum of one himself.

He would be a logical choice to replace Tressel. I knew he was getting the talented players in North Eastern OH but was shocked that he is also stealing the best players in Penn States back yard.
