One of them is TE Luke Stocker. During 2012, he took a back seat to veteran Dallas Clark (and before that, Kellen Winslow), but as of now, it appears that the starting TE job is his to lose, in the opinion of Stephen Holder of the Tampa Bay Times. Stocker has been held back by both injuries and lack of opportunities in the past. With Winslow and Clark out of the picture (and Stocker healthy), the pressure is on him to show that he deserves to be a starter.

If all goes well, both Freeman and Stocker could be in line for new deals (Stocker is signed through 2014, but could make a push for a richer pact if he delivers this season). If not, they might both be looking for a new gig next spring.

I was listening to the local sports talk out of Tampa a couple of weeks ago and they were saying it's time for Luke to step up and be the starter.

I hope he does.

Here's hoping that Luke has a "Cool Hand" this season!

I wonder if anyone will see what I did there. :)

The Bucks also just signed Tom Crabtree from the Packers. He's pretty good too. His dad is my boss, so I would be happy no matter who starts.

Option A) A VFL is starting
Option B) My boss' son is playing, which means that my boss is in a good mood.

Dont let your boss know you are pulling for Luke.:)
