2 seeds always have an easier path to the Sweet 16. Coming into this tournament since 1985, 6/11 seeds had won 47% of their 2nd round games compared to 35% for 7/10 seeds. Theoretically we could have played Murray State yesterday instead of Michigan. Then, if we faced Michigan in New Orleans later, we would not have faced such a geographical disadvantage in terms of (Big 10) fan support.
