He was just on Sportscenter. Said, basically, he feels it's down to three teams for two spots. Those teams are UT, MTSU, and La Salle. Also said that although he has UT as the "first four out," it's really just a "company thing" where they have him do last four in and last four out. Said he wouldn't be surprised if UT made it in, or any variation of those last three for the last two spots.

So... There's that

Well, there it is straight from him, about it being an attention grabber.

Glad he got that out there because if you compare out resume with most of the bubble teams, and an unbiased opinion would tell you it's high up there.

As bad as I hate to say it, we need to cheer for the Gators today. If Ole Miss wins that takes a spot and knocks us down another notch. No way they're in if they lose.

"Company thing" ... just another reminder that the only thing that matters is that it all comes down to the selection committee.

Yep, just commented same thing in other thread but I thought he mentioned uva too. Thanks for clarification, I had two kids running around yelling when Lunardi was on air, lol.
Looks like ole miss is in and ky out.
When was last time only three SEC teams made the dance? Hopefully we will be number four.

UT should have taken thier name off the bubble by playing better against teams they should have beat, plus the game vs bama was terrible.

Sunbelt has 1 team in the top 100 - MTSU
SEC has 6 in top 60, 9 in top 100. That's also better than Pac12. We may not be loaded with great teams but we aren't sucking with huge numbers of awful teams either.
