Decent article mentions Maggitt with some other big time players.

- Curt Maggitt, junior DE/LB, Tennessee: Maggitt made 56 tackles at linebacker as a true freshman in 2011 and appeared to be a future cornerstone for the defense. Injuries have derailed his last two seasons and he was redshirted in 2013. The Volunteers hope he'll be fully healthy this fall, though he's been bothered by an ankle injury during camp. Said Maggitt: ''I'm more than excited. Every time I step on the field, whether it's a practice or at Neyland, I'm going to leave my all out on the field. I'm excited to be back out there. It's been a while.''

I vote for AJ and Curt to simultaneously crush Keaton. Ending the he should have a big night talk.

I skimmed the titles and saw this and thought it read "Maggitt out for season" and I almost cried.

Honestly, I don't have a lot of confidence that Maggit will stay healthy. I hope I'm wrong and I hope he has a storybook year. However I have this terrible feeling that he doesn't finish the season.

i understand Curt has been injury prone but to be so negative and say you think he doesnt finish the season before the season even kicks off is absurd. Just let the kid go out there and help the team win. Whatever happens, happens. He knows that too. Just pull for the kid. we need him.

Every time I hear Curt speak, I can tell he truly loves this University. You can sense his passion and his love for Tennessee. I love guys like him, that are willing to give everything they have for their team. I truly hope he can stay healthy and be the elite pass rusher that I know he can be

I wasn't aware that I was preventing him from doing so. Also, since when does voicing my own thoughts/fears about the situation suddenly make me negative? Do you honestly think I WANT Maggit to get hurt?? Hell no! Of course I hope for the best but I'm just not confident based on what's happened in the past. I will be holding my breath everytime he's in on a tackle.

If we were betting, I'd put my money on Curt being hurt. I will cheer my ass off for him as he's been through so much. Having your head stuck in the sand doesn't mean reality won't happen. It's a problem with our country.
