A true American hero. So glad some of these men were able to share their amazing story. Even with an entire generation of great heroes, our nation's greatest generation, Major Richard Winters stood out. Mr. Winters, I salute you, your service, your leadership, and your sacrifice to our nation and the world. Our country is forever endebted to you and your comrades.
