I think he is good but better fitted for acc he doesint have the size to play in sec, and his frame wont support much more. he has potential but i would rather try to grab Autin Long from georgia 6-6 270 pounds out of memphis. you think thats a possibility???

I wish that they would go ahead and announce the obvious....Monte is coming to coach the defense, so if you want to go play defense in the NFL come to Knoxville

Are you mental? He's bigger and stronger than Parys Haralson and he played the whole time he was here. He's about the same size as Jason Hall. Turk McBride was smaller than him out of HS. He is bigger than both Xavier Mitchell and Antonio Reynolds when they were SR's in HS. Chris Walker was about 30lbs lighter out of HS and he will probably start next season. Gerald Williams was about the same size as Walker.

But maybe I'm wrong and we should go after an OT that's 30 lbs underweight who will most likely have to redshirt instead of a guy who is already physically ready to play.

Exactly...this guy looks like a stud. at that size and still under a 4.6 forty. He would be a great fit in Monte's speed based D. Quick DE play is essential. my only thing is that he was recruited by sweeney who is now the head coach. i dont think the guy comes our way. just a feeling.

p.s. he looks mean though...last 18 yr old i would want to meet in a dark alley
