Sounds similiar to Cyrus Kouandjio story. He picked Auburn, his parents want him to go to Bama so he can be on the same team as his brother(Arie). Now his parents won't sign the papers for him to go to Auburn. And to add fuel to the fire Saban has threatened that Arie will be one of ones thats told to 'look elsewhere' if Cyrus don't also sign with the Tide!

I don't think Saban would be that big of a sleazeball. That would be national news in the worst way(good for us though).

He would keep Arie on the team in order to make Cyrus happy if he had to. Assuming Arie,who's more of an average player, was recruited to get to the Cyrus, who's the star, in the first place.

The roads are iced on I-45 all the way down to Tiki Island, only one lane open. Only a light dusting of snow here in Conroe but most roads have ice...should be back up to 67 degrees on Sunday. The pipe is always wrapped for saftey sake lol.

Gabe Wright's mom should have stepped in and made him go to UT...haha. In all seriousness, this is the kid's decision. Let him go to the barn if he wants to.

Saban would not kick his brother off the team if he didn't sign with them. That is ridiculous. Do you know how much bad PR that would attract? It's not like the only reason Arie was at UA was to get his brother. He was the 15th best tackle in the nation last year.

I think an equitable solution would be that Cyrus signs with UT and Arie Transfers here. Then everyone would be happy.
