The last part of the Nationwide race was a beast. So much excitement and hard racing. I hated to see Max lose this I was really pulling for him but I'm glad Boris finally got his well deserved Nascar victory. Jacques Villeneuve finished third with his torn up race car. So far Nationwide has had the best races this season, hope the switch to the COT doesn't ruin it.

Oh Nascar: ADD MORE ROAD COURSES!

I could have done without the wreckfest at the beginning and at the end, but that's part of it. It was a great race. I can't help but wonder how Andrew Ranger would have finished if not for a broken radiator.

It was a terrific finish with some good racing interrupted by too many and too long cautions.

If you wanted to see a tremendous race, you should have watched the IRL at Chicagoland last night. The top 14 cars finished within one second with the top three within a tenth. They ran that way the whole race.

I'd love to watch the IRL, but I don't get Versus. Dang!

And that was a great finish. Its a rare feeling, but the end shaped up to where I wouldn't have minded seeing any of the top guys win the race. It's usually one or two I like and someone I hate going for the win at the end of races.

The IRL always seems to put on a great show at Chicagoland and other "cookie cutter" tracks.

YouTube - 2010 NAPA Auto Parts 200 - Boris Said Wins

For those who missed it, I loved Boris' post race interview;

"I'm going to have a nice steak and I'm going to drink like hell and maybe French kiss a French girl."

Just glad to see him finally get his well deserved victory, also glad to see Max wheel that car hope he tears it up in CWTS.

Oh and the margin of victory was .012 and was the first victory for Zaxbys and first victory of an underfunded team since 2006.

RAB is underfunded unless they get really desperate. When that happens, they can always get the chicken man to crash err drive there equipment.
