Because he's on cycles that's why. The Pacman is scared to fight Mayweather naturally and that's it.

That is funny. Pac aint scared of Money, and that is the truth.

I am not saying he shouldnt be, Im just saying Pac, right now in his career, is scared of nobody. Why should he be?

Why wouldn't he test the way that was presented? Both fighters would be put through the same blood tests so there are no advantages. He's going to get smashed though whenever they fight.

Are you suggesting Pacquiao is better than Mayweather? I bet you were one of the people who thought Ricky Hatton would beat Mayweather too huh? Hilarious.

Yes, I think Pac would take Mayweather 7 times out of 10. I saw Hatton as exactly what he was, just more lifeless beef for Mayweather to beat on. If you think that Pac is afraid of Mayweather, then you couldnt be any more wrong.

Manny could give Mayweather hell if Floyd allows himself to be corraled, which is possible.

I have some sense of agreement with Lockdown's assesment of Pacquiao's refusal to agree to the stricter testing standards, though. If just doesnt seem kosher IMO.

I dont think it is an issue of Pac being afraid to fight Mayweather though. There are a number of things that are involved with Pac not wanting that testing done the way the Olympic style is done, but saying that he is afraid of Mayweather is laughable imo.

So what areas are Pac better than Mayweather?

All depends on how that fight would play out. I think that Pac's freakishly long reach and lightning quick counters would eat up pbf if he gets cornered. Much like Hatton had success against pbf in the early rounds by coming right at him with a flurry of punches, I think Pac could get pbf out of his rhythm and do damage early. If that fight went more than five rounds, then pbf would probably win. To say Pac is afraid or would be a huge underdog is just simply incorrect. But we wont ever see the fight imo and that is a shame.

Pac doesn't have a reach advantage. Also Pac has not faced a guy as skilled as Mayweather. He's never seen a counter puncher as good as Mayweather. Also Hatton's success wasn't really what you thought. Hatton wanted to turn the match into a brawl and Mayweather was patient by using tie-ups and made Hatton box for once in his career. Pac basically saw that fight and his trainers came up with a similar gameplan to beat Hatton after the blueprint was laid out by Mayweather. It's funny that a lot of people don't realize that Pac fights a lot of the same guys AFTER Mayweather has already beaten them.

I said he was afraid to fight him NATURALLY. He knows he'll lose if he comes off the juice. You don't all of a sudden start finishing fights after just winning a bunch of decisions. You can't just grow punching power on a tree folks.

Nonsense on several different levels.
1. Mayweather has a longer reach
2. Mayweather is a better counter-puncher and has faster hands.

I really hope this fight happens one day. People seem to think Pacquiao can win. And I would like to use this misperception for my own financial gain.
