i'm not sure if I'm just reading it wrong or whatever, but Cecil had a 14 year pro career (including those two in Japan in between playing for the Jays and Detroit Tigers). That's pretty solid in my book, obese or not.

Went back and looked, because of your post and saw his career #'s.....didnt realize he had that long of a career....lengthened by the DH, however a long career still, I stand corrected, although Prince is still going to have to do something as he starts aging...he is too heavy.

the DH spot definitely helped out the elder Fielder and I'll agree that Prince needs to do something. You would think with the type of numbers he's put up thus far, the Brewers training staff would be all over that issue. But, they are the BrewCrew so you never know.
