Do you think Cuban would be a good owner in baseball? As a Dodger fan I would be happy with just about anyone other than Frank and Jamie McCourt right now.

I heard Cuban say that he would buy an NHL team before he bought an MLB team

I sure as heck wish he owned the Knicks! It's on the radio today that he dropped $110k+ in Miami nightclubs celebrating the win.

the mlb owners turned cuban down because he would have spent money and made the cubs a winner, driving up prices. they'd rather approve people like the dodgers owner who bought the team with no money. it's a joke really.

i heard cuban would have paid cash for the cubs and wrigley, not sure if that's true though.

He tried buying the Cubs and the Rangers. He passed on trying to buy the Astros because it sounded like he was waiting on the Dodgers.

Me too.

But the guy that bought the Astros(Jim Crane) was the guy that partnered up with Mark Cuban to co-own the Cubs and Rangers when they were trying to buy them. So maybe he'll be willing to spend some money as well.

I'd like to have Cuban as an owner for a favorite team of mine

He's willing to spend at least

Actually I'm not. There are a lot of baseball owners who won't spend

By the way, I don't Snyder

I was hoping and praying Cubes would buy the Cubs.

As it stands, I don't think there's snowballs chance in hell MLB owners would let him buy a team.

I think he would be a great owner. Wish he would buy the Braves. The Braves owners are garbage. Ted screwed the fans when he sold them.

Also, the NBA is going to make salaries smaller. That means Cuban doesn't have to spend as much money in basketball. He can use that to spend in baseball.
