Marlon Walls Interview. Player Attitude.

Since Walls can't say it ill say it for him, Sal and last years staff was in over their heads. He handled those questions well, but his body language was saying something different when it comes to last years coaching staff. Walls said Coach Stripling, sorry if I spelled his name wrong, has already helped us out more then the coach from last year? He's been here what 2 months? That speaks volumes to the incompetence of the last staff on defense.

This team seems to have a new and improve outlook on things. It's refreshing.

Absolutely. I'm guessing a huge part of that is that the coaching staff is holding guys accountable, which is something that was lacking for a while.

Marlon is actually a very good player that happened to come to UT at exactly the wrong time until this year thanks to his redshirt. Now maybe he can get the coaching he needs that will help him succeed at a position that is critically important in this D.

He can say what he wants, but by game three we will be in a pessimistic, depressed state after we give up a combined 80 points to Oregon and Florida. Just gotta wait and see. Btw, I predicted we would lose to Florida last year and was heavily criticized by Volnation for being too negative. Sometimes reality can be depressing!

I think we will go 7-5 with our only SEC wins coming from Mizoo, Aubby and Kentucky or Vandy, Aubby and Kentucky.

Well for one I know the players like Butch a hell of a lot more than dooley, you probably already knew that though.

He is not telling everyody how bad a team we have. He actually believes in them and expects to win here.
