Using the Auburn armed robbery felony charges as a reference point, he'll probably score 12 points for Marshall.

They were already in 12th place with 10 points, and this will probably jump them up to a solid second place finish with 24 points behind Auburn's near legendary 80 point total.

New Mexico got their 4 points because a player refused to pull up his saggy pants and got into a fight with a flight attendant while getting kicked off a US Airways flight. Dumb way to get charged with trespassing, battery, and resisting arrest. :)
