Maryland’s helmets - the coolest or the tackiest

I kind of think they are both cool and tacky at the same time.
For those not familiar with the Maryland state flag, that’s it inside the helmet.

I have no problem with them. I kind of like them. I really like yhe all black and the all white ones they've done in the past. Its still the flag on matte white or matte black but its ghosted. They looked better in my opinion on the whole uniform. Again I like their helmet as it is. My thing is when they where the helmet and the shoulder pads together that both have the state flag. That gets way too busy for my liking.

Coolest helmets all year have been LSU's color changing ones. Those....were sweet.

Those helmets look like someone misread the order and started designing helmets for Michigan and then about 3/4 the way through realized their error and just rolled with it.

Mmmm probably not. But im not too sure a large percentage in the country would recognize what the 3 stars mean. Our T is well known. That being said if we were hoing to do an alternate id say the Volstar. But Maryland's flag is way more well known state flag so recognizable.
