Oregon QB Jeremiah Masoli kicked off the team. Regarded by some as one of the best Qb's in college football is now gone.

what a freakin' idiot. What compels these kids to commit such stupid acts with so much on the line? It's a shame that such God given talent and potential is wasted on boneheads like him...

I still think they could win the Pac 10, to be honest. They didn't lose much else, do they?

their tough games are on the road this year and they suck on the road historically. i'd be very suprised to see them win the pac-10. for instance they haven't won at cal or at usc for something like 9 years.

they had an ok defense, wasn't great. When you run an offense like their's, a QB who can do it is EVERYTHING. Every play depends on him making great decisions and making plays. Its not like a Saban offense, where you could stick Rick Clausen back there and somehow win 11 games. USC will run away with the Pac 10. Washington might be OK.

if SC has a bowl ban expect a wildcard to win. SC mailed in the season last year when it was obvious they weren't going to win the pac-10. imagine if they know this from fall camp onward. i bet they lose 5 games.
