She scored 0 points in the SEC final. A more accurate storyline would be to ask the question: CAN Massengale step up for UT in the NCAA tournament? That's a big question, because I believe she has a history of not playing well in important games.

I fully expect both burdick and massengale to play extremely well during the tournament. Both seem to be very focused on getting to Tampa and making CPS's last recruitment class a very special one. This is it for them, they realize that and I wouldn't expect anything less than ceirra and Ariel giving it 110 percent.. In the end it's on their shoulders to lead the team to Tampa, but the other players have to step up us well. It will take a total team effort and maybe a bit of luck to make that final four aspiration a reality

I hope her slump of no 3s in the SEC tourney is over. She shoots well at home. And Chattanooga guards drove on her with no Izzy as backup

I am pleased she was able to come back this year and play so well after her injury and what we read was a painful lengthy recovery.

When I saw the headline I thought for sure the article was written before the SEC tournament. You can usually tell pretty early if it's going to be feast or famine game with Ariel. Senior or not, I really hope Holly has the guts to have a quicker hook if she's having an off game ffor the remainder of the season. The team can't afford anymore of her no-shows....
